02 What is ELCARO?
ELCARO is an AI-powered market analysis app that produces dated growth-phase and decline-phase forecasts for five asset classes — crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, SUI and more), forex and metals (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, gold, silver), US indices (S&P 500, NASDAQ, Russell 2000), US stocks (NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, AMZN and more) and commodities (oil, cocoa). It is operated by Revol Software OU, registered in Tallinn, Estonia, and founded by Andrii Trushkovskyi, the author of the underlying ELCARO algorithm documented at elcaro.info. The product runs on the web at app.elcaro.app, inside Telegram as a Mini App via @ELCARO_bot, and is rolling out as native iOS and Android apps. ELCARO is strictly informational and educational — not investment advice, not a trading bot, and not a signal service. It never executes trades, holds funds, or stores API keys.

Each timeframe is graded against fixed deterministic weights — Filter Module 1.3, Volatility 1.0, BTC Dominance + Total Cap 0.7 — so two different days produce comparable, auditable verdicts. The output for every asset is a single confidence-graded narrative: HIGH confidence, MODERATE, or Increased Uncertainty, plus the next likely growth-start or decline-start date stamped on the chart. 04 Is ELCARO a trading bot or signal service?
No. ELCARO is a market-analysis and forecast platform — not a trading bot, not a signal service, and not investment advice or recommendations. The app reads what the algorithm sees and translates it into plain English: growth phases and decline phases, with the next likely turn date. We never use "buy" or "sell" language, never push individual trade ideas, and never execute trades on your behalf. We do not place orders, do not hold or move your funds, and do not require — or store — API keys to any exchange or broker. Your account on ELCARO is read-only relative to your trading: you decide what to do with the forecast. All forecasts are educational and informational, governed by our Terms of Use, and shipped with a built-in legal disclaimer.

06 Does ELCARO have a free trial?
Yes — Basic, Pro and Platinum all include a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe (Web, Telegram) and Google Play (Android) — ELCARO never sees your card details.
07 How fresh are forecasts?
Forecasts run on a continuous schedule. 1H reveals every hour, 4H every four hours, 1D at the daily close. The trading filter recomputes on each new bar from TradingView and re-scores the AI verdict when the underlying signals change.
08 Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe (Web, Telegram) or Google Play (Android). Cancel from the billing portal of your platform — no questions, no retention calls. Pro-rated upgrades and partial refunds are supported through Stripe.
09 How is this different from elcaro.info?
elcaro.info documents the algorithm — the math, the modules, the philosophy. elcaro.app is the product: where you actually use the forecasts on your watchlist, get notifications, and read the AI verdict.
